"Prove It" - this team-effort video was produced to humorously demonstrate how EMC Proven Solutions provide predictable, reliable solutions to key IT challenges.

"Revenge of the Mainframe" - this video was developed for the product launch of EMC Disk Library for mainframe and got 1200 hits in the first two days.

"Bob and Joe:  Energy Efficiency" - this video was created to support an EMC energy efficiency advantages campaign.  (And the back of my head is in it!)

"Save Energy and Reduce Costs in the Data Center" - this podcast was written and recorded by me for the EMC Energy Efficiency campaign.

"Fireside Chat with Frank Moss" - an article written for the Massachusetts Innovative Technology Exchange (MITX) on the new director of the MIT Media Lab who spoke at one of their fireside chats.

"West Yorkshire Police and GlassHouse Technologies" is a case study about a GlassHouse client who was curbing street crime through computerized suspect lineups that was published in Computer Technology Review.

"You Can't Schedule a Wildfire or a Hurricane -- Or Can You?" is a case study written for Meeting Maker (now PeopleCube) about how the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) uses a common Meeting Maker calendar to schedule vacations, sick leave, and weekend/holiday coverage sot that the organization is never without coverage should a weather disaster strike.

"The American Bathroom: from Houses of Necessity to Home Spas", "Setting Up a Home Office",  "Recipe for Kitchen Organization" and additional home improvement articles for Home Works Sourcebook, a publication for homeowners in the Greater Boston area.

"30 Years of Show Houses" article for Show House Magazine.  I was also the Editor-in-Chief of this 102-page publication.

"Trustees and Overseers" column for Sightlines, a publication of the Boston Ballet.

"Newbury Networks Brings Bluetooth to the Enterprise," article written for the "Incisor," the official magazine for the Bluetooth community.

Consulted on two IDG books: Dragon NaturallySpeaking for Dummies and AOL's Point & Speak for Dummies.

Home & Garden Category Advisor and one of the "Top 500" writers for Epinions, with over 150 reviews of products and services posted. One review on Priceline.com was quoted in National Geographic Traveler magazine, resulted in my appearance on "48 Hours" on CBS and an interview with a producer of ABCs 20/20.

"A Lotus Alum's Guide to On-Line Communities", published in Mass High Tech News.

"Fast, Cost Effective Methods to Improve Communications on Your Plant Floor", a white paper published by the Instrument Society of America.  (Would you believe that this paper written in 1998 is for sale for $8 from the ISA?)

"Purpose. Movement. Color.", co-authored this paperback that was self-published by Lotus and InFocus and used as a giveaway for a seminar series.


Presentations and Training

"Adopting a Social Media Strategy for Non-Profit Organizations" -  a recent article entitled "NPOs Slow to Exploit Social Marketing" prompted the board chair of The Art Connection to have me present on social networking at a board meeting.

Data Center of the Future interactive website created in collaboration with Cisco, EMC, Emerson, Oracle, and VMware to provide thought leadership to information managers on best practices for today's data centers.

"Compliant Information Lifecycle Management" webcast created in collaboration with Iron Mountain and the Gartner Group.

"Marketing for Million Dollar Companies," presentations to different groups of entrepreneurs sponsored by the Commonwealth Institute.

"Marketing for Early Stage Companies", a presentation to the eMerging Women Entrepreneurs program sponsored by the Commonwealth Institute.

"Using the Internet on Your Plant Floor", a presentation to the Instrument Society of America.

"How to Create a Winning Presentations". I presented at a seminar series developed with InFocus.

"Communicating Effectively in a Competitive Environment" I presented to multiple divisions of NYNEX in a seminar series developed along with Decker Communications.

"Present for Success". I demonstrated Freelance Graphics and taught end users hints & tips for better business graphics in a Lotus 20-city tour.
